Shipping policy

All orders on In-Ears (excluding custom in-ears) and accessories are shipped the next business day for orders in Singapore. For orders out of Singapore, these will be shipped within 2 business days of order receipt.

For all custom In-ear monitors orders these will be shipped within 4 weeks of order receipt unless otherwise stated.
